You and the Law of Attraction

It might surprise you to hear that you are a perfect being, capable of possessing anything and everything that you desire in an instant! However it is true, and the Law of Attraction is the connection to your divinity. We will not enter into how you’ve become separate from your birthright, but instead we’ll center on how to recover it.
Most importantly, we’re all in a world of disorder. Whether your individual struggle is financial, emotional, security, addiction, or whatever else, each one of us is struggling with something. If you are not, then you’re way ahead of the pack! The trick to the Law of Attraction is that whatever you lend energy to through your thoughts and emotions becomes your reality in short time. Whatever struggle you are focusing on, that very focus is what permits your problem to persist.
The Law of Attraction operates absolutely at all times, in all ways. You’ve created the situation you’re in. Own it! Until you accept full responsibility for your life and your circumstances, you have no power to alter anything. Now, begin spending more time centering on matters in your life that you appreciate. Hold more focus on the things you already have that you enjoy, and give less focus and energy to the things in your life that are disagreeable. Just a tiny change in the balance, maintained each day, will quickly begin to turn the tides in your favor.
The more lighthearted, content and stress-free you feel, the more will be granted to you. As you yield your tight grip on the things in your life that are untrue and transfer your focus more to the things in your life that are right, you will find that the “wrong” things begin to fade away and you will experience more of the things that you enjoy.
This subtle shift in outlook is perhaps the hardest thing for us to do, as it is smashing a mental habit we have kept for years and decades! But take note of when your life becomes even the least bit better. That is your true breakthrough moment. Imagine a boulder rolling along a road. It has momentum. If you begin pushing on the boulder from the other side, it does not instantly do what you want. However, if you can slow it down there will come a moment when it slowly creeps to a stop. Then it will begin to roll slowly in the other direction.
That is the moment when things begin to change. In actuality you have just established the momentum and direction that you require, although things still don’t seem to be moving quickly. Just hang in there until the boulder starts building momentum! That breakthrough moment will lead to better and better times until one day you will realize that your life has taken on a completely different characteristic. One of prosperity, peace, happiness, love and joy. From out of such a state will come only better and better things. You can no longer lose!
When Jesus said “I tell you, to everyone who has, more will be given, but from the one who has not, even what he has will be taken away,” this was not a cruel statement. To one who’s proceeding in a confident direction, things will only accelerate more and more in the positive direction. To one proceeding in a negative direction, which many of us are, things will only get worse. Set out to alter your habits of focusing on the negative and focus more on the positive; have gratitude and truly feel grateful for the things you do have, and more – much more – will be given to you!

What Does It Take for Home Business Success?

Success Means Having a Mind-Set Slightly Above the Average
To be successful with a home-based business, you need to be above average. No, I’m not talking about being smart or being above average in any of the other ways we usually think of when the term “above average” is mentioned.
To help clarify what I mean, let’s look at the mind-set of the “average” opportunity seeker:
- They treat their home biz like it was a lottery ticket; they sit back and hope for the best.
- They don’t see the point of doing their due diligence to check something out before getting involved.
- There’s no need to read the training materials and marketing tips since they know-it-all already.
- They’ll promote the business when they get around to it, rather than making a firm commitment.
- They totally depend on “systems” and spillover to build their downline without any effort on their part.
- They get sidetracked by the next “sure thing” before really giving the current one an honest effort.
Whenever I review that list, I see myself doing each of those things at some point during the years when I was in a cycle of failure. What about you, does any of that sound familiar?
I hope you can see that having a home business with the “average” mind-set described above will usually result in disappointment, unfulfilled dreams, not to mention the absence of a home biz income.
Reaching an above average level with a home-based business simply means taking the time to pick a home biz that is a “good fit” for you, following a few action steps, and staying with it.
An old friend came up with the following expression:
Pick, plan, promote, and persevere with a positive perspective.
It makes me groan, like when I hear a bad pun, but it really does sum things up.
This next expression has a powerful message for those seeking success:
If you do what 90% of the people won’t do, you can have what 90% of the people can’t have.
In other words, if you’re one of the ten percent (or less) who stick with a home-based business and do a few action steps on a continual basis without giving up, you can enjoy a lifestyle that only ten percent (or less) of the population will ever know.
